Cleaning microfluidics chambers and flowcell procedures:

Please adhere to the following cleaning procedures before you start using the C-Trap and when you finish your experiments.

Make sure to follow this practice on a daily basis even if you have booked the setup for several days in a row, this is very crucial to guarantee the smooth running of the microfluidic chambers and the cleanliness of your flow cell.

Never leave any biomolecular (protein/DNA/RNA/beads) samples in the system overnight as this will lead to blocking in the syringe inlets, tubing, and/or the laminar flow cell.

Users who fail to follow these instructions will be liable for any extra costs for replacing the blocked/damaged flow cell.
