In addition to providing access to cryo-microscopy instrumentation and training, we offer specific service packages as follows:
- Grid preparation for cryo-electron transmission microscopy imaging.
- High-throughput grid screening on either Talos Arctica 200kV or Titan Krios 300kV Cryo-electron microscopes.
- Single Particle and Tomography data collection on the Facility’s microscopes.
- Preliminary analysis of the collected data.
- Single particle reconstructions via establishing a collaboration.
- Consultancy.
